Meneer Gilles Louvet is de oprichter en bedenker van de biologische wijnen van Gilles Louvet Vinobles. Hij produceert de wijnen op zijn wijngaard in Domaine Saint-Félix des Toureilles, in het zuiden van (regio) Hérault in Frankrijk.
Gilles Louvet Vinobles is een gerenommeerd wijnhuis dat jaar in jaar uit haar wijnen heeft weten te bekronen met vele prijzen. Zo ook afgelopen jaar bij de BioFach in Duitsland waar de O, by Gilles Louvet Pinot Noir een zilveren mundus vindi ontving van de jury voor zijn unieke smaak. Dit jaar zijn alle wijnen genomineerd voor deze prestigieuze wijn prijs.
De wijnproductie is iets wat veel aandacht krijgt bij Gilles Louvet Vinobles, het gehele proces word ondersteund door meneer Gilles Louvet’s visie: “Let the soil speak for itself, express the terroir and its vintage.”
Sinds 1993 is meneer Gilles Louvet actief in de biologische wijnbouw. Na tijden te hebben gewerkt in de conventionele wijnbouw werd hij zich van bewust van de schadelijke effecten van de chemicaliën op de mens, de natuur en de streek. Sindsdien past hij deze holistische aanpak toe op zijn eigen wijnproductie en levert hij enkel biologische wijnen die op een milieuvriendelijke manier geproduceerd zijn.Gilles Louvet is uitgegroeid tot één van de grootste biologische wijnbedrijven van Frankrijk zonder dat de persoonlijke betrokkenheid verloren is gegaan.
Samen met Gilles Louvet Vinobles hebben wij meerdere ‘private label’concepten bedacht en uitgewerkt voor een nog breder publiek. Verkoop adviesprijzen vanaf vijf euro per fles.

Mr. Gilles Louvet is the founder and creator of the organic wines of Gilles Louvet Vinobles. He produces the wines at his vineyard at the Domaine Saint-Felix Tour des Illes, in Southern (region) Hérault in France. Gilles Louvet Vinobles is a renowned winery, this is proved year after year when its wines get awarded with many prizes. Last year at the BioFach in Germany Gillet Louvet Vinobles won again. This time with their O, by Gilles Louvet Pinot Noir, it received a silver Mundus Vindi from the jury for its unique flavor. This year, all wines of the “O”-line are nominated for this prestigious wine prize.
The production of the wine is a process that gets much attention at Gilles Louvet Vinobles , the entire process is inspired by Mr. Gilles Louvet’s vision: “Let the soil speak for itself, express the terroir and its vintage.”
Since 1993 Mr. Gilles Louvet has been active in the organic viticulture. Before 1993 Mr. Gilles Louvet worked in the conventional viticulture, he became aware of the harmful effects of chemicals on humans, nature and the region. Since then he applies an holistic approach to his own wine production and delivers only organic produced wines in an environmentally way. Gilles Louvet has become one of the largest organic wine companies in France, without the personal involvement of its creator this would not be possible.
Together with Mr.Gilles Louvet we have conceived and developed several ‘private label’ concepts for a wider audience. With retail selling price starting from five euros per bottle.
